Terms of Service for Exportly Google Sheets Sync

Welcome to Exportly Google Sheets Sync (the “Service” or “App”), operated by CET TECH LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Shopify application that enables the export of order data to Google Sheets.

By installing, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Exportly Google Sheets Sync is a Shopify application that provides the following services:

• Data Export: Automated export of Shopify order data to Google Sheets
• Field Mapping: Customizable field mapping between Shopify orders and Google Sheets columns
• Sync Management: Real-time and scheduled synchronization options
• Data Processing: Secure processing and transfer of your store data
• Google Integration: OAuth-based connection to your Google account and Drive

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Shopify Account Required

To use our Service, you must have a valid Shopify store and account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account credentials.

3.2 Google Account Integration

Our Service requires connection to a Google account with access to Google Sheets. You must authorize our application to access your Google Drive and Sheets on your behalf.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information

13. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the application from your Shopify store and revoking Google account permissions.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended non-payment of fees
• Technical or security concerns

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We will delete your data according to our Privacy Policy
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
