By installing AirSync from the Shopify App Store or using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

AirSync is a Shopify application that provides data synchronization services between your Shopify store and Airtable workspace. Our Service includes:

• Secure authentication and authorization with both Shopify and Airtable

3.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

4. Eligibility and Account Requirements

4.1 Eligibility

To use AirSync, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Own or have authorized access to a Shopify store
• Have a valid Airtable account for synchronization services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Shopify and Airtable accounts
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date account information
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use

5. Permitted Use and Restrictions

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use AirSync for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Synchronizing product data between Shopify and Airtable
• Managing inventory and order information
• Creating custom workflows and data analysis
• Backing up and organizing your store data

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated scripts to access the Service excessively
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to compete with our business
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions

6. Data and Privacy

By using AirSync, you grant us permission to:

• Connect to your Airtable workspace with your explicit authorization

You retain all rights, title, and interest in your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you synchronize through AirSync.

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

7.1 Subscription Plans

AirSync may offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current pricing and plan details are available in the Shopify App Store and within the application.

7.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Shopify’s billing system. By subscribing to AirSync:

• You authorize recurring charges to your Shopify account
• Payments are subject to Shopify’s terms and conditions
• We do not store or process payment information directly
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and Shopify’s terms

7.3 Free Trial and Cancellation

If applicable:

• Free trials may be offered for new subscribers
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of AirSync at any time by:

• Uninstalling the app from your Shopify store
• Canceling your subscription through Shopify
• Disconnecting your Airtable integration

13.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to AirSync:

• For violation of these Terms
• For illegal or harmful activities
• For non-payment of subscription fees
• At our discretion with 30 days notice

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to AirSync will cease immediately
• Data synchronization will stop
• Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
• Outstanding obligations remain in effect
